Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine the utility of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) serum levels for the prediction of oocyte yield in egg donors. We have found a positive correlation between AMH serum levels and the number of oocytes.

A lower value of AMH predicts a lower oocyte yield. An increase in AMH levels corresponds to an increase in the number of oocytes and M2 oocytes together with the chance of clinical gravidities.

In conclusion, AMH is a good predictor of oocyte yield in egg donors.
