Abstract
Target therapy of metastatic colorectal cancer is standard of the treatment of the patients with distant metastatic disease. Example of personalized medicine is the treatment of colorectal cancer with anti EGFR monoclonal antibody cetuximab, in the patients with wild type of Kras mutation.
The authors present on example of particular case report the importance of the treatment with cetuximab in patients with liver metastatic disease.
