Conversion process of knowledge in skills in an educational programme for school leaders

Abstract

The contribution is focused on one part of the training programme for school leaders and a possible process of transformation of knowledge into skills. The target group of the research participants were project participants ESF; a majority of the directors of primary and secondary schools; respectively. their deputies.

The study questions whether they are the directors of the schools adequately prepared. It turns out that some of the methods are not sufficiently represented in the present concept and that the system is becoming obsolete.
