Abstrakt
This contribution deals with the individual as subject of international law that leads to a criminal responsibility of this person for committing crimes under international law. Focus is given to crimes within the jurisdiction of International Criminal Court as well as so called functional criminal responsibility of military commanders and civilian superiors.
