Abstract
360 degree feedback is a multi-source feedback assessment, feedback from multiple reviewers. Evaluation tool 360 degree feedback for middle management is designed to evaluate the leading teachers of all types of larger schools.
Evaluation provides information about the competences of those teachers owing to ratings from various evaluators - direct superiors, colleagues, subordinates and others, it also includes self-assessment and an interview of superior with the evaluated teacher. This publication contains the theoretical background of systematic employee evaluation system in personnel management activities, description of 360 degree feedback for middle level school management (evaluation objectives, the group of evaluated workers, staff competence middle management, the methods used, the documents in the system), the description of creation and verification of 360 degree feedback and attachments that include specification of competences of the middle management, evaluation questionnaires, record of an evaluation interview, samples of a message for the evaluated employee and report for the school principal.
Electronic evaluation is used for the 360 degree feedback for middle management.
