Abstract
The History of Nova Paka (until 1939) is trying to capture an historic owerwiew of the city and its inmediate surroudings from its geological and ancient "pre-history", in particular from the beginnings of somerwherer around the 14th century to the roots of modern Czech history, i. e. the beginnigs of World War II.
