The distinction between the subjective and objective responsibility - NS judgment about the nature of lawyer liability for damage

Abstract

Analysis of Case 25 Cdo 2533/2007 of 29 September 2009 reached by the Supreme Court concluded that the liability of a lawyer in connection with the legal profession (§ 24, paragraph 1 of the Act. No. 85/1996 Coll., the "ZA") is based on liability without regard to fault (the so-called strict liability).
