The aim of this paper is to analyze the temporal and spatial patterns of changes population behavior in the districts of the Czech during the transformation, with an emphasis on the development of regional differentiation and the establishment of innovative districts. The basic premise of this work is the application of the concept of the second demographic transition to changes in population behavior in the districts of the Czech Republic.
The theoretical basis for the study of the geographic site converting patterns of reproductive behavior of the population is a developmental process and the dynamics of changes in the distribution area or geographical diffusion process.
