Abstract
Analysis of new forms of conditionality proposed by the European Commission in cohesion policy of the EU. Analysis is focused on legal aspects of the initiative and forms of its application in the Czech Republic.
Analysis was commissioned by the Ministry of Regional Development and was used for formualtion of the Czech position and the relevant EU legislation.
