The specificities of specialized archives in accessing of the archival material - experiences from the practice in the Institute of the History of Charles University and Archive of Charles University

Abstract
The study brings the analysis of the access of archival material in Prague university archives. The results are based on the data concerning the visitors, accesssed archival material, retrievals done by the university archivists and number of administrational confirmations for the former students.
On the base of this analysis the authors try to describe some prognosis for the following years.
