Abstract

This collective monograph is the result of a research project SVV No. 264 408/2012, supported by the Charles University in Prague. Its subject is the topic treated during the year 2012, the conclusions of the previous project continues and aims to examine the impact of some of the more prominent role of non-state actors on key accountability institutions and coercion in international law.

Today, probably the most typical areas are contractual mechanisms for the protection of human rights.
