Abstract
The paper deals with the personal professional development of teachers, which is today placed in a dynamically changing environment of connectedness that arises through computer networks and has a major impact on education. It is based on the practical application of the theory of connectivism, which deals with the application of current computer and social networking on the process of learning by building personal learning environment.
