Abstract

the legislature wished to enable individuals to earn extra money and employers to attain their business goals in cases where it does not seem to be practical to recruit employees for full-time unlimited contracts of employment. These ‘parallel' or ‘subsidiary' employment relationships may be established by two so-called work performance agreements which must be distinguished from the contract of employment.
