Abstract
The monograph analyses the changes in the EU after the Lisbon Treaty from the perspective of new institutionalism. The authors aim at evaluating the impact of the institutional reform and its leftovers, and they ask whether the EU will be able to focus on the content of its activities instead of the institutional reform in future.
