Sexual delicts in front of the Municipal Court prosecuting capital cases in Brandýs nad Labem at the turn of 18th century

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to depict defence strategies of the defendents who appeared in front of the capital court in Brandýs nad Labem. The auther compares the partial findings of Brandýs cases with findings of czech and foreign studies.
