New competencies of central administrative authorities on the field of construction proceedings

Abstract

Paper deals with new competencies of central administrative authorities (Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade) in relation to the projects related to nuclear facilities, electricity transmission grids, gas transit pipelines etc. It also points some systematic errors of the new regulation.
