Abstract
The part deals with ideas about the Internet voting in the Czech Republic, which has never used this method of voting. This issue was put under scrutiny from several perspectives - general preconditions, attitudes of relevant political parties attitudes of the Czech citizens towards the Internet voting, legal and constitutional questions regarding the Internet voting etc
