Publication at Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Faculty of Law |
2012

Abstract

The publication offers practical and theoretical comparative analysis of recent issues in national and international private arbitration. Modern arbitration lost to some extent its original speed and simplicity.

Arbitration in international trade, as well as arbitration became national in its present form is much more formalized. The most important elements of the arbitration proceedings, however, remained unchanged.

Still there is between the two parties that are unable to resolve some issues by mutual agreement, and therefore confers the decision on these issues one or more arbitrators. Unlike other alternative means of dispute resolution is arbitration usually ends an arbitral award which is binding on the parties and legally enforceable decision.

The book is intended arbitrators, lawyers, judges, law faculty students and all those who want to learn about current trends in the field of arbitration.
