The chapter called "Opportunities and Challenges for Integrated Provision of Long-term Care Services in the Czech Republic" analyses the situation of long-term care services in the Czech Republic, their position in health and social systems, the determinants of need for long-term care, development of provision of LTC services, present challenges and barriers to seamless care provision and possible measures to improve current situation.
