Totalitarianism in comparison with contemporary theories of non-democratic regimes

Abstract

The concept of totalitarianism belongs among the most important terms of studies of non-democratic regimes. In contemporary world we have reached a situation, where totalitarian regimes absent.

The presentation argues that the concept of totalitarianism is not useful for purposes of studying current non-democratic regimes and for their typologies.
