Abstract

Monoclonal gammopathy-associated IgA pemphigus is a debilitating skin disorder with inconsistent response to treatment. A 61-year-old woman with IgA pemphigus and monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance had been treated unsuccessfully with cyclophosphamide/dexamethasone and then with rituximab.
