Abstract
Congenital myasthenic syndromes are being successively recognized starting from 1970s. Fatigable weakness manifests mostly as early as in neonates or infants.
In many instances, efficacious symptomatic treatment as well as prenatal diagnosis is possible. Congenital myasthenia is a rare disease which is often misdiagnosed.
We present owerview and case reports.
