Abstract

Sinonasal papillomas are the second most common benign tumour in the nose and paranasal sinuses. Diagnosis and treatment of these tumours is of special interest even though they are benign.

The cause of it is high tendency for recurrent disease, local aggressiveness and also their potential for malignant transformation. Possibilities of treatment have been discussed in literature lately especially surgical approaches and current limits and efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery.
