Abstract
In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is new efficient theraphy of sterility in couples with fertility disorder. In connection with IVF was developed new genetic method- Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), which allows avoid transfer of serious genetic disorder to offspring in high risk genetic couples.
