Abstract
Psoriasis therapy in 2011: Commneted review of American a German guidelines news focused on ustekinumab Many changes in psoriasis therapy have occured due to intensivce research of autoimmune, autoinflammatory and oncologic diseases. Last Czech guidelines for biologic therapy are dated to 2008, the updated version is in preparation.
At internatioal level the American a German guidelines are the most recent ones, dealing also with topical therapy, phototherapy and classical systemic therapy. The article reviews these information focusing on changes, news and differences in comparison with the situation in the Czech Republic.
