Publication at First Faculty of Medicine |
2010

Abstract

In the last decade has seen significant advances in molecular cytogenetic analysis of CLL. The paper summarizes current information on the most common chromosomal changes (deletions of 13q14, 11q, 17p13, trisomy 12) and further commented on controversial issues (IgH translocations, deletions of IgVH, clonal evolution) in the light of current knowledge.
