Abstract
Functional dispepsia affects a substantional part of population in developed countries. The diagnosis of functional dispepsia is based on exclusion of organic disease of gastrointestinal tract.
A therapy should be individual and consists of administration of spasmolytics, antisecrectory drugs, procinetics and psychopharmatics.
