Abstract
Purkyne has been very gifted man - his creative mind was inspiration for wide spectrum of original discoveries. His imaginative thinking was opened also to arts, specially music.
Purkyne was violin player, lovers of operas. His physiologique experiments corcern also acoustic and some questions of the border between physiology of senses and music. (Tartini´s third tone, Castell´s colour piano)
