Abstract
Clopidogrel is one the most widely prescribed antiplatelet therapy in secondary prevention. Clopidogrel, alone or as a dual antiplatelet therapy in conjunction with aspirin is the standard of care for reducing ischemic events in patients with acute coronary syndrome, post myocardial infarction, post stroke, or established peripheral artery disease
