Abstract
Review gives the summary of indication and pharmacology of different anticoagulants from heparins (UFH, LMWH , pentasacharids), warfarin and new dirrect thrombin inhibitors - gatrans or factor Xa inhibitors - xabans in prophylaxis of thrombembolic disease.
