Chorionic villus vacu-sampling in 377 consecutive cases.

Abstract

We first reported on the use of a vacuum tube with negative pressure for amniotic fluid aspiration and have also successfully applied the same negative pressure vacuum tube system to CVS, a technique that we have named 'chorionic villus vacusampling'.) We now report our experience with this technique at our center.
