Chromatin position in human HepG2 cells: Although being non-random, significantly changed in daughter cells

Abstract

By means of photoconversion, we fluorescently labelled chromatin domains and studied to which extent their position is preserved after the celi. We have show that the position of selected chromatin areas is significantly different, though not random.
