Impact of transfusion dependency on survival in patients with early myelodysplastic syndrome without excess of blasts.

Abstract

In this study, we present the results of a retrospective analysis of the impact of the number of administered RBC transfusions on prognosis in our patients with early MDS without excess of blasts in relation to different clinical and laboratory parameters.
