ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) in the therapy of respiration and circulation failure in newborns and children: case reports

Abstract

The authors present 5 case reports of pediatric patients, who were hospitalized at PICU KDDL VFN in Prague and indicated to the Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) therapy from October 2010 to April 2011.
