Adenocarcinoma in situ of the uterine cervix – analysis of 10 cases.

Abstract

In a group of 10 cases of adenocarcinoma in situ of the cervix were observed: patient age, parity, contraception, cytological, colposcopic and histological findings, surgery and definitive solution. Median age was 37 years (24-75), 4 patients were nulligravidy and 4, a user of hormonal contraceptives.

Prebiotical suspection glandular lesions was expressed in 3 cases (2x colposcopy, cytology 2x). In 9 patients were simultaneously present coexisting squamous lesions.

In 7 cases have been described histologically positive edge of the lesion and all these patients were re-done or definitive surgery.
