Abstract
Patients with refractory angina pectoris, which is typical for the medical methods are exhausted, according to our experience benefit from treatment and monitoring in specialized centers with multidisciplinary experts participating. The vision for the future is to convert the treatment of patients with refractory angina pectoris from general practitioners, patients who can not pay in full in centers that provide multidisciplinary patient care.
