Abstract
More than 20 procente of the population in industrialized countries suffer from food intolerance or food allergy.The majority of cases of food intolerance are due to non-immunological causes.These cause range from pseudoallergy reactions to enzymopathies chronic infections and psychomatic reactions that are associated with food intolerance.
