First experience with molecular analysis of pseudoarthrosis tissue in congenital short femur (PFFD)

Abstract

The differences in quantity and representation of the genes were noted.Some genes were considered as over-expressed in PFFD tissue vs. Control (e.g. the gene for calcitonin receptor, collagen XII collagen I alpha 2, collagen II, collagen IX, FGFR2, fibronectin, integrin) and other genes as under-expressed.
