Abstract
Long-term survival in invasive aspergillosis in patients with hematologic malignity is still unfavorable, on the long-term negative development of patient mortality significantly participates unfavorable state of the basic disease. Empirical initiation of antifungal therapy in febrile neutropenia, in suspected invasive fungal disease, in spite of all the discussion is still the most common.
