The management of preterm labour in case of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM).

Abstract

To declare the management and monitoring of pregnant woman with PPROM according to gestational age. If the infection / inflammation of mother is under control, there are no differences in mortality and morbidity of infants using expectant management in PPROM.

To present the indication for termination of pregancy in case of acute or chronic distress of the fetus, septic status of the mother and placental separation with severe bleeding.
