Tocolytics and corticosteroids in therapy of preterm labour.

Abstract

There is a description of indication, gestational age for start and finish of therapy. The most use of tocolytics are betamimetics (Gynipral) , antagonists of oxytocin( Atosiban) and Magnesium.

In corticosteroids bethamethazon and Dexamethazon.
