Can personality-motivational factors of the trainer influence the education of athletes in accordance with fair play principles?

Abstract

The main aim of this pilot study using psychological questionnaires is to assess personality traits and motivational factors of future coaches of judo. The study also discusses whether these factors can affect the education process of athletes.
