Abstract
While lipolysis as antiobesity approach is mainly mediated in adrenergic pathway in visceral adipocytes, antidiabetic drugs targeted to visceral adipocytes are based in PPARgamma pathway. We try to shed light on the relationship between PPARgamma, beta3 adrenergic signaling, lipolysis, adiponectin and NO release.
