Pseudo-resistance in non-compliant patient as a cause of a resistant hypertension

Abstract

Case report of patient with pseudo-resistance on antihypertensive medication confirmed by quantitative estimation of antihypertensives in blood. Clinical exam found circumstantial evidences about a non-compliance.
