Abstract

Surgery – Casuistry - ischemic necrosis of lower limb as a complication of acute severe necrotizing pancreatitis in 37-year-old man - the need for amputation of the right leg in the lower leg - after healing of acute pancreatitis subsequent successful treatment of complicating infections of skin and soft tissues in the lower leg stump after the amputation - use of antibiotics - tigecycline.
