Abstract

Oral anticoagulanet therapy is recommended for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The rationale for the use of anticoagulant treatment is based on thrombophylic predisposition in PAH and improvement of survivalin patients treated wirh anticoagulation
