Old and new diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer´s disease in the conditions of the Czech Republic

Abstract

The article deals about still used diagnostic criterias NINCDS-ADRDA for Alzheimer´s disease. There are discussed the new diagnostic criterias according to Dubios et al., first of all about episodic memory disturbances, MRI hippocampal volumometry, investigation of cerebrospinal, liquor on the proteine triplet, PET investigation by means of PiB and fluorodesoxyglucose.
