Therapy of Alzheimer´s disease and related neurodegenerative dementias

Abstract

In this article there are described modern therapeutic approaches in the treatment of Alzheimer´s disease and related dementias,particularly the use of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and memantine. There are also mentioned some approaches verified in present time.
