Abstract
In this chapter there are described modern approaches to the theraty of dementias and mild cognitive impairment. There are discussed evidence-based therapeutic procedures, above all use of brain cholinesterases inhibitors and memantine.
The chapter involves also the analysis of approaches to behavioral and psychological symtoms of dementia management.
