Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus is the term for each disorder of the metabolism of sugar detected during pregnancy, which was not known prior to the pregnancy. Gestational diabetes is the most common internal complication occuring during pregnancy and its incidence is on the rise.l Monitoring and treatment should be supervised.
